Royalties are license fees that you have to pay for usage of most media products. Royalty free means you can buy the rights to use media for a one time fee, and never have to pay an additional usage fee. Media publishers never have to worry about ongoing fees, and at the same time eliminate having to worry about copyright issues or licensing fees.

Everything on StockFuel is 100% royalty free. You can incorporate our media in your work with confidence backed by our royalty free license. We have been in business over 10 years with this license so you can use our material in confidence.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

There is no time restriction. At any time you can return to your account and download your purchased items. Your purchased products never expire.

You are eligible for a credit refund on purchased products that have not been downloaded yet. We cannot offer refunds for anything that has been downloaded. To inquire about this refund, contact support.

First double check your account. You can do so by logging into stockfuel.com. Click on your user name in the upper right corner and select "My Downloads".

If you don't see your products there, verify the purchase actually went through. To verify the purchase, go into your account, click on "invoices". If you can confirm the sales invoice is there, but still cannot see the product to download, then there is a real problem!

Please contact support. We will be happy to sort this out for you. We also want to learn what went wrong!

Due to a complete lack of interest in flash animations, we discontinued the product line.

Our Royalty Free Sound effects store moved to stockmusic.net. stockmusic.net is our partner store, completely dedicated to music and sound effects.

We have an assortment of exclusive products you can only find on stockfuel.com. To determine if a product is exclusive, see the field "Exclusive" in the product page.

Go to your account and click on the "Invoices" tab to see all of your purchase history.

Simply go to your account and select the "Invoices" tab. There you can find your entire order history.

We will be sorry to see you go! However if you need to cancel your account, simply contacting support. They will be happy to help you.

Resetting your password is easy! At the login page, enter your email address and click "Forgot Your Password?". We will send you a reset password link.

All your purchased items have been transferred to the new system. Just click on your account, downloads. There you will find your previously purchased items and can re-download them at any time.

Your credit balance has been automatically transferred from the old stockfuel to the new one. If you are having issues, you can always contact us.

We apologize. Processing the old site's submissions has been on hold while we build the all new stockfuel.com. As a result, we have developed a very large backlog of new material.

Your commission balance was carried over from the old site. Unfortunately, we were unable to carry over actual sales records, so there is no sale history, just your balance.

This is a completely brand new rebuild of stockfuel.com. The artist submission and product curation system are getting a complete overhaul as I type this. These missing features are running a bit behind the initial release.

We are confident you will really like the massively improved submission system, and the increased speed we will soon have processing your submissions.
